Step #3 …Think Before you EAT
Ever think about “why you ate that…(fill in the blank)”?
A lot of unnecessary calories are wolfed down because you are just throwing in food when you are angry, frustrated, mad, bored…well, you get the picture. So, before you run to the chocolate. cookies, chips, ect., during or after a stressful situation, take a couple deep breaths and run out of the kitchen!
Also, eating quickly until you are full also leads to being overweight. So, try NOT to get soooo hungry you’re “starving”
(which you know you’re not. Try to eat little meals more often, to take the edge off.
Overeating is a guaranteed path to weight gain and obesity!!
