So, get off your chair and move! Make a plan on Sunday night that makes room in your busy schedule for 30 minutes of movement and/or weight training 5 days a week. Do you have a piece of equipment at home that is a great holder for clothes? Do you have a gym membership that you want to cancel because you don’t use it? Is there a work out area in your office building? Well..get off it and get on it! Or, if none of the above fit your “M.O.” buy some resistance bands and close the door, nobody will know you are secretly building muscle and losing fat.

You will see positive weight loss much, much, much faster if exercise is part of your life.
