What’s for breakfast? I’m in a hurry and I’m stressed, I’m going to make myself  “feel good.”
….bagel and cream cheese = 450 calories
….2 scrambled eggs with milk and butter = 197 calories.

Choosing lower calorie, nutrient dense foods will fill you up and keep you healthier than lots of starchy carbs. But, don’t forget that it takes about 20 minutes for GOOD food to make you feel satisfied. It’s worth the wait! Keep those veggies coming!
