Applied Kinesiology
What is Applied Kinesiology?
- Applied Kinesiology (A.K.) is a system for evaluating the structural, chemical and emotional / mental aspects of health. It is unique in the healing arts as it includes many techniques.
- A.K. uses manual muscle testing of specific muscles to
determine the parameters of dysfunction and the effective treatment. - A.K. skills are refined from many disciplines including Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Medicine, Acupuncture, Psychology, Neurology, Homeopathy, and Nutrition.
- A.K. treatments may involve chiropractic adjustments, various myotherapy therapies, cranial therapy, acupuncture (or acupressure), clinical nutrition, or dietary management.
- Both Dr. Kim Trager and Dr. Katie Samsel are certified in Applied Kinesiology and stay up-to-date in this dynamic and extremely effective system of treatment.
